ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

JANUARY 23, 2009

  12:15 P.M.    Called meeting to order.  Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden

                        and Mark Mazur.

1. The Board granted an FY2009 clause 41A exemption to the owner of

parcel 81-67.

2. The Board signed a tax deferral and recovery agreement for a newly

approved clause 41A applicant.

3. The Board signed a statement of entry into tax deferral and recovery

agreement.

4. Administrative Assessor Mark Mazur was designated to evaluate the

non-price portion of the FY2010 real estate revaluation Request for

Proposals (R.F.P.).

5. The Board discussed our search for a replacement for the Administrative

Assistant position.  Our current Administrative Assistant is expected to

retire soon.

 12:40 P.M.    The Board went into Executive Session.

   1:20 P.M.    The Board returned form Executive Session and resumed their

                        Board meeting.

6. The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2009 applications

for abatement for the owners of the following parcels:
